Welcome to Noore by Sheetal. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
A non-refundable advance deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and will be adjusted against the final service charge. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of deposit and written confirmation from our team. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the scheduled service. Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Any additional services requested on the day of the event will be charged separately.
Our refund and cancellation policy applies as follows: Bridal bookings cancelled 14 days or more before the event can be rescheduled, subject to availability, but deposits remain non-refundable. Party or other makeup bookings cancelled 72 hours prior may be rescheduled once, but deposits remain non-refundable. Last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. If Noore by Sheetal cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may receive a full refund of the deposit or reschedule without penalty. Once services have been completed, no refunds will be issued.
Clients may request one reschedule if adequate notice is given. Rescheduled appointments must be within 90 days of the original date and are subject to artist availability. Clients must provide accurate details when booking, including event date, time, and location. Please arrive on time for in-studio appointments, as delays may reduce the service duration. For on-location services, the client must ensure a safe and clean working environment with adequate lighting, seating, and power supply.
We use high-quality, professional products, but clients must inform us in advance of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities. Noore by Sheetal is not responsible for adverse reactions if prior disclosure is not provided. We may take photos or videos of completed work for our portfolio and social media, unless the client objects in writing before the appointment. Clients may also tag and share our official pages when posting photos online.
While we take utmost care, Noore by Sheetal is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or hair damage resulting from undisclosed conditions, delays caused by unforeseen events such as traffic or weather, or event disruptions outside our control. Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
Content on www.noorebysheetal.com, including text, photos, and videos, is the intellectual property of Noore by Sheetal and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Unauthorized use of content may result in legal action.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, and the latest version will always be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
