Refund Policy

At Noore by Sheetal, we value your trust and aim to provide the best possible service for your special occasions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.

To confirm a booking, clients are required to pay an advance deposit (amount will be communicated at the time of booking).

The deposit secures your appointment date and time and is non-refundable.

Bridal Bookings: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date may be rescheduled to a future date (subject to availability). Deposits will not be refunded.

Party/Other Makeup Bookings: Cancellations made 72 hours before the appointment can be rescheduled once without losing the deposit.

Last-Minute Cancellations (within 72 hours for party makeup or within 7 days for bridal bookings): No refunds or rescheduling will be provided, as that time is reserved exclusively for you.

In the rare case that we need to cancel due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of the deposit/advance paid OR the option to reschedule without penalty.

Once a service has been provided (makeup/hairstyling completed), no refunds will be issued.

Dissatisfaction after services will be addressed through adjustments where possible during the appointment.

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment once (with applicable notice as mentioned above).

Rescheduled appointments must be within 90 days of the original date, subject to artist availability.

Deposits or payments made for promotional offers, seasonal discounts, or packages are non-refundable.

Rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability.
