Get ready to party with Noor’s professional party makeup service! Inclusion: Normal HD Party Makeup, Basic hairstyle, Draping. Exclusion: Lens, Lashes, Hair extensions & any kind of hair accessories.
Cancellation Policy
To confirm a booking, an advance deposit is required and is non-refundable. For bridal services, cancellations made at least 14 days in advance may be rescheduled once (subject to availability). Party makeup and hairstyling bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. If Noore by Sheetal cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may receive a full refund of the deposit or reschedule without penalty.
